Medal of Honor Infiltrator is a 2003 action game for the Game Boy Advance (GBA) that blends top-down tactical shooting with first-person "rail shooter" segments. Unlike most titles in the franchise, which are first-person shooters, this version was designed specifically for the GBA's handheld hardware. 

Gameplay Overview

• Role and Mission: You play as Corporal Jake Murphy, completing 15 levels across five major missions in World War II theaters like North Africa, France, and Norway.
• Mixed Perspectives:
• Top-Down Action: Most levels use an overhead isometric view for core combat and exploration.
• First-Person Rail Shooting: Approximately one-third of the levels place you in a first-person gunnery seat (like a tank or bomber tailgun) in a style similar to the classic arcade game Operation Wolf.
• Combat Mechanics:
• Stealth vs. Action: You can choose a "run-and-gun" approach or use stealth to silently eliminate guards with a bayonet or disguise to avoid drawing massive reinforcements.
• Loadouts: You can choose from four different weapon kits, including rifles, machine guns, grenades, and bazookas.
• Vehicles: Players can commandeer and drive tanks to destroy enemy strongholds. 

Special Features

• GameCube Connectivity: By using a Link Cable to connect with Medal of Honor: Rising Sun on the Nintendo GameCube, the GBA can be used as a real-time overhead mission map.
• Unlockable Modes:
• Survival Mode: An endless wave-based mode unlocked after completing the main campaign.
• Max GI Mode: A high-difficulty challenge where you must complete every mission continuously without turning off the system.
• Multiplayer: Supports up to two players for cooperative or competitive play via a Link Cable.
