Developed by AlphaDream, it serves as a spiritual successor to Super Mario RPG and Paper Mario, blending traditional role-playing elements with active, reflex-based gameplay.

• Dual Character Control: Players control both Mario and Luigi simultaneously using a unique setup where the A button controls Mario and the B button controls Luigi.

Plot and Setting

• Beanbean Kingdom: Departing from the Mushroom Kingdom, the game is set in the vibrant Beanbean Kingdom, a land that prizes humor and laughter.
• The Quest: An evil witch named Cackletta and her eccentric assistant Fawful steal Princess Peach’s voice, replacing it with explosives. Mario and Luigi must team up with an unlikely ally—Bowser—to retrieve it.
• Tone: The game is widely praised for its comedic writing, slapstick humor, and quirky characters like Prince Peasley.
